I’ve never been healthier as a fan of “the mask!” I haven’t had a cold since the pandemic began, even though I’ve washed my hands more frequently than before, worn a mask in enclosed areas, washed my face more frequently than before, and been in public areas that are regularly sanitized.

No matter where you go, whether to the supermarket in your neighborhood or across the globe, the more people you meet, the more likely you are to contract the virus. However, it’s amazing how effective a mask and some hand sanitizer can be!

Whether you vax or not, it’s up to you, but keep in mind that not vaxxing will make traveling more difficult.

But aside from Covid, taking extra precautions for your health increases your chances of not even contracting the basic flu from the man three seats behind you!
