Today, Experience Travel Group became the first travel company in the UK to make their individualized vacation packages completely “tip-inclusive.”

A daily amount that is set in stone will replace the client’s discretionary amount. This sum will be fairly distributed among each local experience provider and automatically included in the vacation’s total cost. We know from research that if each client decides for themselves, the average amount earned by our guides across multiple customers will be higher.

The client is entitled to a full refund of the tip upon their return if they believe that their guides provided them with unsatisfactory service throughout the vacation. That amount will be refunded by Experience Travel Group without recourse to the individual guide or service provider.
