With immediate effect, Vietnam is now open without requiring a Covid test upon arrival. The last significant obstacle to travel has been removed by Vietnamese authorities.

During their time in Vietnam, visitors must still take a pre-departure test and download the PC-Covid app. The authorities lifted visa exemptions for 13 nations, including the United Kingdom, Denmark, Germany, and France. As a result, visitors from these nations will not need to apply for an e-visa in advance. This is further encouraging news.
